FISH CARE

Guest's fish are carefully cleaned and either fillet or left whole for processing. Fish are then bagged, tagged and put into cold storage on the dock. There are many options for processing your fish after your trip. There are two locations in Campbell River to drop off your fish to have them processed and later shipped to your home.

The fish can be processed in a variety of different ways:
- Canned
- Smoked and canned
- Hot or cold smoked and packaged in suitable portions
- Cut into steaks and then packaged
- Fillet and package
- Or all of the above

We have coolers available for sale if guests under-estimate the amount of fish that they expect to take home. It is recommended that each guest bring one 150 quart cooler to pack fish home. If you are flying and want to bring your fish back with you, please check your commercial airlines' policy regarding transporting fish.
